• The minimum production and delivery time is 5–8 weeks.

• International orders may take longer depending on customs and logistics.

• Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination.

2. Alteration Policy

• Since each piece is made-to-order couture, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• If there is any issue in the given size, clients can request alterations within 15 days of delivery.

• Alteration requests must be communicated with proof (images/videos) to our team.

3. Order & Payment Policy

• Orders will only be processed upon 50% advance payment.

• Remaining 50% must be cleared before dispatch.

• Payments can be made via bank transfer, debit/credit card, or authorized online platforms.

4. Privacy Policy

• All personal information (name, address, payment details) is kept confidential.

• Data is used solely for order processing and customer service.

5. Customization Policy

• We offer design modifications and size adjustments on request.

• Additional charges and extended timelines may apply depending on the level of modification.
